Hi there,

I’ve tried to activate the revolution slider with many attempt with no success (as per attached screenshot).
I’ve contact the envato support team. and been refer back to you.
It keep saying the purchase code is invalid. But, I’ve get the purchase code and API code from the Envato account. and pretty sure, those codes are all correct.
Can you please have a look into this? Thank you

Did you noticed the 2nd line below the Activate button?

Yes you will get updated file once Slider Revolution is updated. that’s not the place to put the purchase key

Sorry, don’t meant to be rude. But can you explain a bit more Claer?
Yes, I can see the 2nd line below the Activate button. It says “Not activated Plugin Users should contact the Theme Author for Updates and for Support.”

I got correct API, user nam rand purchase code. It just keep saying the purchase code is invalid. Please help. Thanks

It means that we purchase an extended license to sell the plugin included with our package for that you need to contact the theme author for the update versions if the plugin gets update.
