The images are too big in Internet Explorer. Could you please provide a CSS fix for that issue? Please have a look into the attachment or visit https://www.deutsch-vietnamesisch-dolmetscher.com/testimonials/ with the internet explorer.

In testimonial.css find .tc-client-image img { rule where width is auto change it to 100px this will fix the issue with the internet explorer.
