Hi,

My site is in Recovery Mode after Music Play couldn’t load. Here are the errors I was receiving:

Theme could not be resumed because it triggered a fatal error.
Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

I am running:

WordPress version 5.5.1
Current theme: MusicPlay (version 1.7.3)
Current plugin: (version )
PHP version 7.3.23

Seeing that my Music Play was old, I tried to install v10.1 but it fails each time with the error:

Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.

Any assistance would be appreciated. My site is completely down at this point.

@chaiandhome – If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Also, it seems your support has been expired, for continued support please extend your support license for quick responses.

@chaiandhome – yes, now you can customize your theme I had fixed the issues in your theme.
