installed theme but it doesn't look like the Demo

Hello dear
I have installed my theme with the hosting company but surprisingly the theme doesn’t look like the demo.
I also see this message in the appearance > themes page

Can you please guide me through what to do to fix this?

Follow the documentation on theme installation. If you need our help then you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we will set up your theme as look in the demo. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Again it is showing invalid password. Can you please provide a valid username and password.

ERROR: The password you entered for the username admin is incorrect. Lost your password?

@davedbugman – I see you have the other theme on your site now before that I installed the live demo for you. I want you to come online in Skype so that I can set up for you live via sharing screen using TeamViewer.
