Hi,
I have attached 2 screen grabs of the installation process of the
Anona – Pest Control WordPress Theme.
The warning message on installation is simply “Are you sure you want to do this?” and “Please try again” I have tried 4 times.
The warning message gives no explanation to why it has failed, could you please let me know what the issue might be?

Kindly upload the theme with zip format, anona.zip folder.
If you don’t get on how to do this then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can fix it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

If you have not yet given ratings to the theme, kindly please give to the theme by going to your themeforest account downloads section and below the Download button of the theme you can find the stars to click on for ratings 🙂
