I am trying to install via FTP but I am confused, it says to copy the medical in the themefiles folder and upload it. You can only upload via zip, is there a way to upload all the necessary files so they all appear separate and not as a zip?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I checked but can’t login to admin. If you can provide us the FTP Logins then we can take a closer look at the issue which is causing the error and fix it for you
