I am trying to install the Carzone theme through wordpress and I am getting the error mentioned in the topic title. I have downloaded other themes since then so I assume the error is associated with the Carzone theme. Can you please help?

Upload the zip folder and try. If you don’t get then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
