I’ve purchased several sites from Theme Forest and all were very straight froward to upload. Typically, the themes have a zip file (example storeup.zip) I don’t see anything of that nature in your files and your documentation refers to files that don’t even exist in the files in mny download.
Can you clearly indicate what files I need to upload to wordpress? Your documentation says:
“When uploading your theme with the installer, please ensure you are uploading the Storeup.zip file, not the entire package you downloaded. In this case, you will be uploading Storeup.zip.”
That file is nowhere to be found in my download.
Hi @comocomo,
Sorry, the zip files were removed due to confusions I had to update that in the documentation. Anyway, you can go to the theme files folder and find the storeup folder which you can zip and then upload it. After that zip the storeup-child folder and upload that as well and then activate the child theme, After that install, the required plugins activate it and then import theme options sample data and then import the theme demo data.
If you need help in installing the theme please let us know we will do that for you, for that you need to provide us the logins.
Hi, comocomo
Sorry for the delay in response. once again you have to upload the storeup.zip file properly as we told you before. if still, you will get the same as before. kindly please provide us WP Logins of your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.
As I told you once before, there IS NO store.zip folder. Even the previous support person said there wasn’t and he/she had to update the documentation. Just read the previous reply by your own company. I followed those steps in your first reply and no success. I will send over a login for you in a private message.
I have received the logins for the WP I think but it is prompting me for the one more login. Unable to log in to the dashboard. Can you please take a closer look at the logins or remove the security login plugins or access to the dashboard please so that we can log in to the dashboard and then have a closer look into the issue.
I’ve done these theme uploads several times. I’ve never had to remove the first login. Ever. Also, you said you would upload the site for me, now you’re telling me what to do again in terms of uploading it.I already tried to upload your site. Your instructions do not make any sense.
Can I please just have a refund at this point? I’ll try to find another theme to work with. I really like your template, but this has become way more difficult than it should be and the customer support has been really bad. you’re just sending me in circles.
Yes, everything seems to be fine but I still find that your server has an issue of CORS. Kindly please fix that before proceeding.
