Can you please elaborate your question what exactly you’re not getting. Are you trying to install the theme?

Had trouble with initial install but later got it. Now, after a week or two, WP Bakery not working. The text editor is taking over the visual editor and I am only able to work in the VC frontend editor, not their backend editor. The IT department investigated and received the following error.

Sorry for the delay in response. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Sorry for the delay in response. We have seen WP Bakery Backend Editor and VC editor both are working fine.

Hello, I see your reply but do not understand. I cannot use the VC backend page builder if the ISP pro plugin is activated. When activated, only your Aivah shortcode editor is available. I finally changed themes and deactivated all plugins except for VC and it still does it. Can you please address the following:

1. I sent an error in this post asking if you could investigate it and you have not addressed it.
2. I also asked if I purchased VC separately and installed it after deleting your version would I lose the pages I have already created? WP Bakery looked at the error and suggested third party code may be the culprit. They also said to check with you regarding my deleting your VC and installing my purchased copy and confirm if your core version had code in it that would impact its use if I used my copy and not yours.

I would really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
