I followed the instructions in the zip file for installing, did the FTP part, then tried to install the zipped theme (which didnt work, because there was already a folder created by doing the FTP first). Long story short, my “demo” page looks nothing like the actual demo. My website is spartawash.com

It’s working fine. You have to use your own images. Showing images in the theme we just using for demo purpose. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can adjust the alignments. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Fixed the issue with the footer widgets and everything is working fine now. Let me know if you have any questions.
