I am trying to add an info circle for my site, but it’s not displaying.

It’s not displaying the info circle. You can notice it when you inspect the element ..

You can follow this video tutorial for making the info circle.

After watching this tutorial if you still not able to make it then please provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I have the exact same problem, but watching the tutorial doesn’t really help since the problem is that the whole information circle doesn’t appear on the frontend.
Would really appreciate it if you could post a solution.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
