You can import the recipes in json format. JSON format import option is available in Recipes Backup Options.
You can open it from so many editors like notepad++, sublime, atom etc. To import the recipes in csv format, you can import from WordPress Dashboard/Tools/Import option.
I have exported the json file and converted it to a csv so I could open it in excel. I was then going to modify my own excel file with the appropriate layout so I could convert the csv back to a json and import it. When I open the Json as a csv, it makes no sense. There are not clear column headings.
I have about 80 entries that I need to import and cannot see a way of doing this. Can you please be very specific about how I can do this?
Sorry, we don’t have this feature of importing the recipes in csv format. But we’ll consider adding this feature in the future updates.
I can convert a csv to a json file for upload but need to make sure that I have the information listed in the correct columns. Can you provide me with a template so that I can set up the file correctly in excel then convert to a json?
