    Hi,

    How do I import .zip to WordPress?
    I don’t have access to the FTP and I tried to import the ultranet folder via WordPress but it never worked.

    Go through the Appearance > Themes > Add New Theme > Upload Theme here you can able to upload the theme .zip folder. If still facing any problem then feel free to contact us.

    Please upload only the theme not the full package downloaded as it is from Themeforest.net. If the problem still persists please contact us via Skype and provide us your Teamviewer ID or any Screen Sharing Software so that we can take a closer look at it. The error you are saying seems to be a WordPress issue no the theme.

    Try this method it will help you solve the issue you are facing.
