Where are the files saved that you export? I had to install a fresh copy of the theme and would like to copy the changes over.

The demo xml file is located in /storeup/theme-demo/main-demo/ For widgets import you need to install Widget Import Export Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
