Hi, Today i purchased your anona theme when i was trying to install the theme the on click demo data is not working even i tried with xml file of main demo too… Please help me to solve the issue soon.

Hi gnvcreations,
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hi, we just installed the template we purchase but same issue here We are not able to load the the templates’s settings options it just gets stock in “LOADING THEME OPTIONS” can you help us out please. THIS IS FOR A NEW PURCHASE OF THE THEME on another site I edited this message because I just updated my site to wordpress 5.5 and it did the same thing. please help my radio and slides are down and I can’t fix it .

There are some bugs with WordPress latest version we are working on it. So that it is compatible with WordPress 5.5 version we will notify you when it has been done. Kindly please do not update the WordPress 5.5 version. Now you can Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin through the followed link provided https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
And, also it seems your support is expired please extend your support license for further assistance.

You need to add the custom code in the Theme Options Panel,
Go to the Appearance->Anona->Styling->Custom CSS there you can add your own properties.
