Hi, thank you for the beautiful theme. I implemented it for a local radio station by filling the artist’s section with presenters and the albums section with radio programs. Is there anyway I can modify the theme interface or at least the permalinks and any other code to default to that arrangement?

You can modify theme interface as well as the permalinks depends on how you can populate your content.

Thank you for the feedback. Is there any resource you can direct me on how to do that? Apart from acknowledging that it’s possible, you didn’t help with with any resource on how to implement it.

If you want to edit theme styling then you can do it from Theme Options Panel > Styling Section and if you want to edit the theme layout, then you can use our shortcodes from shortcode generator and edit the layout according to your needs. Otherwise if you tell us in brief what all you need to change and in which section then we can let you know based on your needs.

Thanks again. I would like everything that appears on the front-end and back-end as artist (links, filters, theme options etc) to change to presenter, then also everything that appears as album to change to radio shows. That’s how I populated those sections.
As for styling in terms of colours, fonts etc, I have already done the edits.

I upgrade my theme when there’s an update and I don’t see some of the features you
have in your musicplay child settings, radio player name and descriptino are missing.

Also I’m using my theme for listing shoutcast streams, they all play fine, but there
is no info displaying artist and song info, I don’t know if that should be working
with one stream or multiple streams, there’s no info displayed in the player.

Hope I can get this working.

@sounds – I see you have not updated the child theme. I hope you remember that we made a customization for the radio title for you on your request last time that you wish to display a custom title and description as the streaming title from the shoutcast/icecast server was not working with your hosting. So now if you wish to change it back take a backup of the child theme as well and then upload the updated child theme from musicplay package.

Take a backup of everything before you make an update all the time and in future as well.

I didn’t update the child theme before,
I thought from the docs I only had to update the music folder.
