Hi Suppot,

I am having issues when uploading images from my wordpress panel. A while back I was able to do it directly from Filezilla but that option isn’t working either now. Please advise as I need to upload new images for a new slider

It’s not a problem of the theme but if you can provide me the wp logins then I can take a closer at the issue and make sure you set the post reply as private so that only admin can view the logins.

Please update your theme with latest version 1.7.3 and your theme version 1.3.1. Before updating to latest version make a backup of your old theme.

I have check with your upload issue might be your server problem please contact to your hosting provider.

Hi,

I will contact with my hosting provider re. the uploads issue. Thanks for for your comment about the theme update, this will be the first time I update it so please send me the steps. Do I need to download the new version from my themeforest account and re-install?

Yes you have to re-download from the themeforest account. Before updating to latest version make a backup of your old theme into your PC or MAC then update the theme.
