If you have only one registered user online and he cant get a response on time, what kind of support are you giving. Can someone please attend to me fast or i have to wait till the support time is closed again for today?

i fixed all i wanted already and i hope i get a faster response next time

1. For some reason appointment times are disabled. a user cant choose them when the user wants to make an appointment? the time on the appointment page is not bringing the time and i cant seem to find out where to tweak that too.

2. where do i change the text on the top bar for email and phone

1) Go through the Appearance > anona > theme options > appointment > general settings. Here we will find the appointment time interval and complete appointment settings manage here.

2) Appearance > Widgets > Topbar Left here we can change topbar info.
