    Hi,

For a page I am using the “full width” page template.

Within that page I created via the shortcode a “section fullwidth.”

Within the “section fullwidth” I used a 3 column shortcode.

Within the 3 column shortcode, I used the “services” shortcode in each column and uploaded an image.

The problem is that the image does not resize (get smaller) relative to the column width for any screen size. That is, it remains the same size as uploaded regardless of the screen size.

I have not altered the css. Can you tell me what the problem is, or if it is a bug, and how this can be fixed as it is important to the design I have created?

    Thank you.

If you use your image which is larger than the required area size then it resizes perfectly. If the image is smaller than the area it is used in then it doesn’t resizes to bigger sizes.

If you don’t feel the above guidance is enough please feel free to ask us for more help but make sure you post your website URL and WP Logins for us to take a closer look at it and make sure you set the post reply set as private so that only admin or the support staff can view the logins.
