Hello there,
I’m having trouble loading the linofeast-child theme options (from appearance menu) and customize page. In fact even the import demo failed but somehow the demo is there but it might not be fully there.

Could you please help with this?

There are some bugs with WordPress latest version we are working on it. So that it is compatible with WordPress 5.5 version. Kindly please do not update the WordPress 5.5 version. Now you can Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin through the followed link provided https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Also, it seems your support is expired please extend your support license for further assistance.

You need to install jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and activate. So, that your theme works fine, Theme options panel and the import demo data works properly if you activate that plugin.
