I just bought the arona pest control theme and I can’t upload it to my WordPress site. I have bought themes in the past and I have never had a problem uploading and installing theme. Can you explain how to do it?

Every time I try it gives me this message.

Try following this article first and if it still doesn’t resolve the issue please provide us your WP logins with the URL.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
