Hi When I click on the manual update button in the plugin I get an error. I am selecting the iva-business-hours-pro.zip plugin file. This is the error I get: Update in progress…
Update Error:Extracted folders are more then 1. Please check the update file.
Please update the plugin manually via the ftp

What does this mean? How do I update?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
