How do you create the Food Carousel you have on your demo page?

Its simple create that from the shortcode generator.

Right below your wordpress content editor you can find the shortcode generator pane in which select the Carousel Shortcode for the Food and then select the categories from which you wish to hold the posts and then send to editor.

I see now thanks ok it was not working at first i had to save more than 1 item to get it working..

Last question how do i add a link to each of thoses items in the food carousel?

There are some parameters in the shortcode please check that and you can have those enable or disable i mean make it true or false to have links for those food items.

But i mean how can i set manually a link for each food item ?

You need to go to individual food items for that and alter the code in the permalink.
