Hello, I would like the Sticky Bar to show when the site is loaded instead of it only showing when I press the down arrow.

You are using fixed header style try to use header style 1.
Hello, I am referring to the Sticky Content Widget. I would like the red bar to automatically open when the page is loaded instead of the dropdown arrow being pressed.
Its closed by default. If you wish to open it by default then go to style.css or add the following in your custom CSS..
#sticky { display: block !important; }
