How to hide appointments mangement pages from end users

Hi,

As standard the appointments section has a drop down with manage appointments, manage canceled appointments etc etc. Of course i dont want the end user to be able to see these details so i would like those drop down page links to only show to admin when logged in for easier management of appointments. Is this possible?
