Remove Sermon Meta on Home Page

is there a wat to edit the sermon view (eg remove meta data) in a child theme so that updates dont break it?

Yes it possible to remove the meta data you just need to clone the file child theme folder with exact file location and the edit the following line Remove code: Line #69 to 79 this will work for you.
