Can you provide us the WP Logins with the URL so that we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post reply as private so that only admin can see the logins.

We have tried everything but can’t find the issue so far in the current wordpress version. So kindly please update your wordpress to the latest version and then let me know so that we can see whats wrong.
