When I downloaded from code canyon and uploaded the plugin and activated, I am presented with a blank screen. Returning to my wp-admin, I see Business hours pro listed but it will not save hours. Please advise.

If I uninstall and re-install I get:

Warning: Parameter 2 to tshowcase_search_by_title_only() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/blackt47/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298

Sorry to hear about the issues you faced but I don’t think so that its a problem with the plugin. There might be a conlfict with other plugins, If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I see that the error is from “Team Showcase” Plugin. Might be the plugin is not compatible with 4.8 version or so. There is no issue with business hours plugin as it is working for all the other users. So, consider asking the “Team Showcase” plugin author about the issue.

We have tested by installing the plugin and it is not saving the hours. This is due to definitely a conflict with one of your other plugins. As you have activated 50+ active plugins, we have to test it with all the 50+ plugins with which plugin it is conflicting. So, it may take some time for us to test it with other plugins. We are investigating the issue, as soon as we find the problem we’ll let you know.

We have not updated the files in theme forest. It takes some time for us to make an update for the plugin. We have fixed this issue only for you. Now it is working. You can check.

We have uploaded the plugin today and it will be uploaded in themeforest after it is reviewed by the themeforest team. To review the plugin, it takes 3 working days.

Is it showing any error?

Can you please turn on debug mode true in wp-config.php file. Here you need to find the ‘WP_DEBUG’ and change it to true if it is false as such define('WP_DEBUG', true);.
