    I want to change the fields on Home page form.
    I want to make new fields and remove some others.
    How should I proceed ?
    I asked it one month ago and you left me hanging. if I don’t get a reply soon I`m going right to review section and reveal your lazy customer support.

    Sorry for the delay in response. you cannot add/remove new fields in Appointment Form.

    So what are those labels on
    Appearance -> Anona -> Appointment -> Form Labels ?

    These are the placeholder in the appointment form options and success message text, cancel Appointments text and so on.
