How can I hide or disable the subheader menu that appears. It stays hidden until I enable Max Mega Menu. I don’t see any options in that plugin to disable it though. I’m thinking this is a theme integration issue with the plugin. Can you tell me how to prevent the lower menu (see screenshot) from showing up on pages/posts when Max Mega Menu is enabled?

I have seen that this is not a theme integration issue with the plugin. There is no option in that plugin to disable it. So, please contact the plugin author for this feature.
