Its working fine at our end. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

The date format was there to be added in the functions.php file which had to be added as every country has their own usage of dates. So whenever it comes in error we have to add a format of that day in the functions.php file.

Everything seems to be working fine at my end. Kindly please let me know with screenshot whats not working. I have checked the appointment system its working fine and doctor its fine. If you have skype please contact us via Skype then I can see your screen via Skype Sharing Screen option to see whats wrong.
