Hello.

I have the Musicplay Theme installed at http://www.infinitezero.ca

I’ve been updating content, plugins, and the rest on the site and in the process updated to wordpress 4.01 and then to wordpress 4.1.

Now, I am trying to get the Slider and Galleries working and cannot do so with any current images in the database. Any link to them via the slider or via a gallery (and theoretically any other post) refuses to load the image.

New images uploaded to the theme DO work and can be linked, however, reuploading a given image that existed before the wordpress updates will still not load.

Any ideas?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Change the file in the child theme. musicplay/framework/common/head.php its modified in the latest version. I don’t see gallery pages issue. Will you please elaborate your question please.

Hello,

Again, there are two issues:

1) Front Page Slider doesn’t work. Images set as slides do not load into the Slider. If a slide is viewed from the backend, it still does not show up in the post.

2) None of the galleries display images. Examples:

Psychadelic Art

Forage Promo Autumn Orange 02014 photoshoot w/ J.Sharp

Both are galleries that have images uploaded and set, but do not display thumbnails, images, or full galleries.

I will provide FTP information in a response to the other post.

Sorry the logins are not working. Kindly please update the theme to the latest version. I see you have not updated the theme to the latest version.

I see that your server doesn’t supports image resizing option may be you need ask your host for GD Library installed and enabled. You can check here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uploaded-images-not-resizinggenerating-thumbnail

@sentinapteltd: Go to that specific frontpage and while generating the iconbox shortcode, you have to provide the link for that icon as shown below.
