I see that your support was expired in March 2016 but still I will answer your question though it’s not allowed but from next time you need to renew your support to avail help. I think you didn’t read the text properly it says if you wish to unlock premium support.

Kindly update your theme and plugins manually from the File Manager or cPanel and your issues will be resolved. If you want us to help you then you need to extend your support license so that we can help you update the plugins. Make sure you take a complete backup of theme options, files, database etc and then update it.
