If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Maybe it’s not the header. Anyway, it’s the image just under the header that says “Self Storage – WordPress Theme”. I would like to add a custom image in it’s place.

Hi mgravlee,
Inside page, you will find Page Slider option and select a static image as of now I had set a demo image you can replace with an image as per your requirement. As you said you want the breadcrumb like size guide so I set as breadcrumb If you want you can use static image and breadcrumb both.
