Dear Support Team,

My issue is that header background from page Options not showing see this page

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc. or else add this code your custom CSS

Go through the theme options Appearance > Labora > Styling > Subheader Background Properties Here you have to upload a subheader background image.

If you want to add a subheader background image to the different pages then go through page and bottom you will find Subheader Background and add a subheader background image here.

Sorry for the convenience I didn’t notice the above logins and again asked you.
Actually, in the backend one parameter is missed due to this subheader background image does not come now we fixed it. And I have seen you added VC custom CSS no need to write any custom CSS.

I checked now sub header background is working.

You know, to get the required result. I have to write my own css in VC Custom.

Any how You Resolved the issue. Thanks 4 your Excellent support.
