Hi Aivah,

I’m not able to get the header the way I want it to.

I’m trying to get a centered logo/header, which is ”Header 2” according to your documentation. I’ve set up that as my header and it’s still configured to the left.

Kindly update your theme to version 3.3.0. You are using the older version 3.2.0.
Hopes – v3.3.0 – Updated – 26th July 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

After updating the theme to latest version if the header styles don’t work then replace the attached header.php file. Make sure you take a backup of the existing header.php file before replacing the given header.php file.

I especially appreciate this because my support has expired. I had the theme dormant and didn’t start the project until recently, but anyway…

I tried what you said, downloading the files from ThemeForest and installed the theme. It’s still 3.2.0. I downloaded twice, same thing.

Then I decided to try using your header.php file.

I switched it out, after backing it up, same result. Nothing’s changed.

Not sure what to do next.

Kindly remove the below css from Appearance/Custom CSS on line no 66.

    float: left;
    position: absolute;
    left: 0;
    z-index: 1;
    margin-top: 8px;
}
