Hello,

We recently updated the STOREUP theme and the hamburger menu is not displaying for us. Please advise. Thank you.

I had seen the hamburger menu is working fine on your website. Once again check it if it is not visible then tell us in which screen resolution hamburger is not visible.

I noticed after our name it says ‘support expired’. To confirm, we extended our support just recently.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Can you please come online in Skype so that we can share the screen for you as its working fine on our PC resizing as well as realtime mobile devices. Not sure why it’s not showing at your end.

I had checked in firefox its working fine. maybe its caching problem you have to clear the caching.

I have cleared the caches for each browser and have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome. It is not showing for me on any of these browsers. I have asked other people to try using various systems and they do not see it either. We still have an issue and need a resolution. Is there anything you can think of that we can do to remedy this?

Burger menu is back! Whatever you did, thank you.

One thing, when hovering over each menu item in the burger menu, the text turns white. Can you advise where I can alter that to a darker colour?

For hovering and active page, menu item text color add these lines of code in your custom CSS.

.iva-mobile-menu ul li.current-cat > a, .iva-mobile-menu ul li.current_page_item > a, .iva-mobile-menu ul li.current-page-ancestor > a, .iva-mobile-menu ul li.current-menu-ancestor > a, .iva-mobile-menu ul li a:hover { color: black!important; }
