I have a problem with using Gravity Forms on this theme. When creating a form and I try to input a custom field, the dropdown selector is not showing. Something in the theme is preventing this from showing up. Any help would be much appreciated. If I turn the theme off it appears again. See screenshots attached.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

We already have. The issue was confirmed to be with your theme. The issue goes away once the theme is deactivated. Gravity Forms said we must contact you to fix the issue with the theme.

Fixed let me know is there anything else i can assist you with.
I can change Gravity Forms -> General Settings ->No-Conflict Mode: on in wp admin

The gravity forms is working now thank you. However we’re now having trouble displaying testimonials. The shortcode has been added but it only shows the code on the page, not the actual content.
