The site I’m working on already is using Gravity Forms but I had to change the theme of the site and I chose Hopes but I just noticed it has an issue when I try to create new forms. The pop-up box to enter the form’s name doesn’t come up after clicking “add new”. I changed the themes and it worked perfectly so I know it’s a conflict with the Hopes theme.

I’m just seeing if you are aware of it and have a fix in the near future or know how I can avoid this issue without having to change themes every time.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Fixed your issue.
We made changes in Forms > Settings > No-Conflict Mode > Off ( Changed No-Conflict Mode to OFF )
