I cant seem to get the google map to work?

It says “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”

Missing a key somewhere?

Kindly replace this line in aivah-shortcodes/aivah-shortcodes.php file on line# around 219,
wp_register_script('iva-sc-gmap', $iva_protocol.'://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false','jquery','','in_footer');

with this,
wp_register_script('iva-sc-gmap', $iva_protocol.'://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?key=YOUR_API_KEY','jquery','','in_footer');

Yes, you have to replace your api key. But this is your temporary solution to replace API Key there.

We’ll consider adding an extra option to enter the API Key in theme options where you can manage the API Key from theme options. We’ll add this in the next coming updates with in a week or 2.

Sorry to interrupt, but what type of API key from google maps? I’ve done it before with other themes, but they had step by step instructions.

Hi I am having issues getting my Google Maps API work.

The Google Maps JavaScript API is not activated on your API project. You may need to enable the Google Maps JavaScript API under APIs in the Google API Console.

1. Contact Form: You need to provide API Key in Theme Options > General > Google Map API Key.
2. Slider Images: Go to Slider Post Type and create some slider posts along with featured images.
3. After installing the theme, go to Plugins and activate “Aivah Pests”, “Aivah Shortcodes” and “Aivah VC Addons” plugins.

Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

@pomegran: You have not activated the api key properly. Follow this url on how to obtain an api key: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

Slider Images: It’s fixed.
And all the plugins have activated.

@pomegran: Your gmap is working fine now. Regarding pest posts, imported all the pests. Kindly replace our images with your own images because of copyrights.

Regarding contact form, you have to install contact form 7 plugin and use the shortcode from the contact form 7 and paste it in the particular contact us page.
