I have a Google API in the options menu. And I inserted the Shortcode, but it doesn’t display a map, error code, or anything.

[gmap width=”600″ height=”300″ latitude=”34.079908″ longitude=”-118.270089″ address=”2600 Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028″ zoom=”12″ html=”Radio Star Studios” infowindow=”true” controller=”false” maptype=”ROADMAP”]

The Console has:

(index):300 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).gMap is not a function (anonymous function) @ (index):300 i @ jquery.js:2 fireWith @ jquery.js:2 ready @ jquery.js:2 K @ jquery.js:2

gmap script is not enqueued in your theme. Kindly update your theme to latest version and see it works.
MusicPlay- v5.2.0 – Updated – 27th July 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

Kindly set the Google API Key which is located in Theme Options/Google API key and see. If it won’t work then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Google API key is set.

As for providing WP logins, I’m unable to due to confidentiality restrictions set by my client. If there is a chunck of code that you’d like to see, tell me what file(s) and I’ll show you.

The api key which you have provided might be wrong. Kindly provide the correct key. It will work because it’s working fine for all. Why not for you?

same problem, running latest version of hostmev2, google maps it was working now not working. I am checking Theme Options/Google API key . but . i can not see where is that located? where, I have looked everywhere. can some one post a picture of where is the Theme Options/Google API key in hostmev2?
