You have to manually enter the address then the address will fetch Street Number, Route, City etc. If you don’t get in doing so then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can add it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

You have entered the wrong address. While entering the address, it shows some list of addresses. From that list, you have to select the address, then it automatically fetches the other details like City, State, Country etc.. Have a look at the screenshot.
