I work for a small allergy clinic. We have allergy shot appointments every 15min with the ability to have 4-5 people in that 15min slot. I was wondering if there is a way to allow multiple people choose the same time slot and have the information linked to google calendar. For example if someone calls in wanting a shot appointment at 4:15pm I can mark it in google calendar and then on the website there is automatically room for one less person or if someone signs up online for a shot appointment it shows in google calendar who it is and the time.
