In your theme options/music settings, uncheck this option “Genres and labels Buttons” then it shows genres and labels which displays on custom search bar below header.

We did the above steps and still NO Genres and Labels buttons.
Please see attached screen shots.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Website URL please?
Your Albums Post Type contains Genres but it doesn’t contains any Posts. So create some Albums in Album Post Type.

Thank you for your responses..
We want to create a site that has four pages. On each of those pages we want only one kind of music. We want those separate pages to populate like DJ MIX SHORTCODE page in Musicplay. When a client clicks on the picture we want it to play immediately.
Please see attached MOCK UP screen shots.
Is this musicplay template the right wordpress site to execute this function? and if so do we use the genres and labels tab?
Thank you,
Brad F.
At present we don’t have this functionality. But if you want we can do it for you and it will be a custom work.
1. You have chosen DJ Mix Template as well as inserted dj mix shortcode in the same page. That’s the reason it is showing. Now I have set the page to Default Template in this “Contra-Tenor” Page. It’s showing perfect now.
2. You have selected Sidebar Option as Fullwidth for “Tenor” Page in your Page Meta and Right Sidebar for “Contra-Tenor” Page. Make this “Contra-Tenor” Page as Fullwidth. So that both the pages will show you with same dimensions.
You have to setup the settings in your server .htaccess file according to your requirements. So that the pages will load faster.
