Sorry for the delay in response. after installation of the theme you didn’t get the images because whatever we had used the images in our demo only just for demo purpose. you have to use your own images in the theme or else if you want the images same as the demo. kindly please provide us wp logins with your website URL. we will set up the images as like demo.

Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

By the way, your support is expired. For continued support please extend your support license.

As i told you before if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

For code editor, you need to install and activate the plugin AceIDE.so, that you can access the editor.
