Hi there,
Thanks for all your hard work on this template. I am still running an older version of the MusicPlay template and noticed that the latest verions have been updated to use JPlayer instead of Fullwidth Audio Player. Can you help me understand the reasons why the audio player was changed? The one thing I didn’t like about the old player was that it was always fixed to the top of the page on mobile devices. JPlayer seems to be fixed to the bottom?
Also, would upgrading my template to the latest version cause any issues that I would need to resolve manually from the audio player change?
Thanks again!
To add on to the questions above, does the new jPlayer audio player support images, playlist, and a shuffle option, just like the old FAP player did?
The demo site doesn’t seem to have any of these and I can’t tell without installing and playing around with the latest version of MusicPlay. I also don’t see a feature that allows users to tell how long a track is (with FAP, you can click on a time bar to go to the location of where you want to listen).
If you could provide answers to the above as well I’d appreciate it. I’m trying to make a more informed decision of whether to upgrade my MusicPlay version or not.
Thanks again.
Firstly we have been testing on radio option for which we used jplayer not the FAP Player so the jplayer was active for few days. jPlayer will appear if you choose Radio streaming from theme options panel.
We are online in skype if you want to get your doubt clear if am not clear in here.
What are the advantages of using jPlayer versus FAP for radio streaming?
Hello , I am using the theme on my website http://www.radioplanetblog.com.br by mobile phone does not work , there’s something I can do?
grateful
Carlos
