I keep getting this “0” on the top left corner after clicking on button to submit info. Please see attached image with red circle showing results

If you are using the older version of the theme then kindly update it to latest version.
Anona – v3.4.0 – Updated on 15th April 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

You are using older version of the theme. Kindly update it to latest version.
Anona – v3.4.0 – Updated on 15th April 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

Regarding the issue, emails are receiving slow due to downtime of server.

i used the envato plugin to update but it only goes to 3.3.0, I looked on their site (themeforest) and no go. please send me file.

As said by @Pam Reddy kindly please update your theme to the latest version from the themeforest as its fixed in the latest version of the theme. Current version is 3.4.0

I DID! Here screen captures of all the places i have gone to update this theme. I utilized envatos plugin as i stated earlier and downloaded it from themeforest and it was NOT version 3.4.0 as you are stating. I am attaching screen captures so you can see what i’m going thru. Not sure what else I can do…… you tell me have i over looked something cause this is getting old!

here is scren capture of the file i downloaded and it’s content. I downloaded both just available “Installable files only” and “All files and Documentation” so please kindly send me the newest version. All screen captures reflect what my I’m currently showing in wordpress and downloads. So tell please what I am missing here.

Can you please update it now and let me know because we have complained about this to envato. I think they have fixed it. So try once and let me know.
