Hi Guys,

I purchased Anona recently but having trouble with the Flexslider top rotating banner not working on mobile or tablet, iPhone 7 or iPad showing no slider banners at all.

Works fine on mac computer, laptop and desktop pc.

Please look into this ASAP and post the resolution so i can finish the website.

Great template otherwise 🙂

We have disabled that slider for the smaller devices. In the coming updated, we will consider adding an option to enable or disable those from theme options.

Any chance this could be fixed ASAP?

I am finishing the website for a customer who expects the banner to work on all devices.

I bought the template based on being fully responsive including working on mobile and tablet.

Please see what you could do to update the Flexslider script ASAP to be fixed to work on mobile and tablet.

We haven’t changed the original code to rotating banner at all.

Hoping you could give us an update of script or revised code to enable the flexslider to work on mobile and tablet.

Please refer to your current banner script to resolve for us.

Sorry about that, we have already made it enabled in the recent update. Until I see the URL to your site I can’t find an issue. I see slides on our demo shows perfect for the mobile devices.

I just went to your current live preview on themeforest and it is still not working on my mobile.

I am using iphone 7 and ipad, banner just shows it’s loading but nothing at all loads.

I see the images are loading. But the caption is disabled. Only the caption is disabled. Let me know if you are pointing to the caption for the slides?

Sorry Namidi, you posted in a wrong category. Kindly please post your question in a relevant theme category. Regarding your issue, I suggest you use parent theme as of now until we make a fix and update now.

Hi,

I downloaded the files again and we just tested it as default, with no changes to the code.

It still does not work on mobile or tablet.
Please help me to enable the code for the Flexslider to work on mobiles and iPad tablets ASAP.

This is getting frustrating, it is causing delay to the website design for my customer now.

Please help me fix this issue.

The problem seems to only be with iOS devices not loading the slide images. It works on Android devices and desktop.

Hi,

Is there a resolution to this issue yet??

I have waited over a week for a response and i started this post a few weeks ago with no fix yet.

My customer is now waiting too long. I need this fixed ASAP please!

This is getting quite frustrating now to have me wait this long, you originally said in the first reply that it’s just a matter of enabling it on to work on all mobile devices, why is it taking this long.

I am doing this website for a customer and we are behind now because of this one banner problem.

Requesting a fix asap!

@grendizer1 We have disabled the slider on a mobile version. But if you want to have the slider to show on mobile version inspection the code add the CSS in custom CSS section with media queries.

I purchased it 2 days ago and haven’t installed it yet, but when I go to https://themeforest.net/item/anona-pest-control-html-template/20538972?s_rank=5

it does not load on the iphone, I did purchase the June 25 2018 update, is it enabled on the new version ? and it the demo old version ???
