Hey guys!
The flex slider on our site (http://stevenchera.com/) used to be 1000×430
Now after the update the image is stretched too much and it doesn’t look good.
How can we go back to 1000×430?
Thanks!
Matt
Hey Matt!
Sorry we can’t go back but you can re-edit the image to the exact size. Let me know is there anything else i can assist you with?
Regards,
Mawk
Hi Mawk,
Our images already are 1000×430: http://screencast.com/t/vVMXzYwhZ
The slider “stretched itself out” after an update… we didn’t change anything.
How can we get the slider back to the correct size of 1000×430?
Thanks!
Matt
Earlier the size and widths were changed so it was showing you stretched so kindly please update your images to the larger sizes. In the coming soon versions we will be adding the width changing option for the Layout area from theme options panel.
Hi Fem,
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand your reply. You mean make them bigger?
We don’t want them large though, we want them to be 1000×430. We want to be able to see the background image on the left and right.
How can we get our slider to be 1000×430?
Thanks 🙂
Matt
Earlier old version was having a width of the site to 1100px now in the recent new version was introduced with the new width of 1280px which is a standard width now a days. If you wish to revert back you need to write custom css values for that but if you wait for next update in a week then you can have a feature to set the width according to your some preset widths from options panel.
Hi Fem,
I understand now, thanks 🙂 I will wait a week for the new update and then I will adjust. Where in the settings will I be able to adjust the size?
Also, I have another question about the layout after recent updates….
In our MusicPlay options, we have layout set to boxed: http://screencast.com/t/zuQosHD8PXqg
But on our site (http://stevenchera.com) the theme is full width and we can’t see our background image on the left or on the right.
Take a look at this screenshot from 2014.December, you can see the sides of our background image:

How can we go back to boxed layout so we can see our background image on the sides?
Thanks!
Matt
