Fixed header width in boxed layout

I am using fixed, boxed layout. When I scroll down, the “fixed” header remains at the top. On the left border of the head remains at the boxed width, but the right border of the header expands to the full page width. I would like the fixed header to remain at the boxed width on both the left and right. Any suggestions?

I just downloaded and installed Labora 2.7.0 and the fixed header/boxed layout is still not working correctly. I confirmed in the CSS that 2.7.0 is successfully installed. Same thing with the Staff Grid not showing profile pictures. No apparent change after the update on either front.

Update: I forgot to update the Labora Core plug in. Doing that fixed the images in the staff grid page. The fixed header is still hanging off the right side in boxed mode however.

Try clearing the cache and see. If that still doesn’t works we will be able to help you fix online via Skype or If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Clearing cache fixed the problem. Is it possible to have an option where the “fixed” header stays at the boxed margin width, rather than the full page width?

Yes, Open style.css then find fixed-header class and add max-width: 1200px; right:0; and this will make your fixed header layout in boxed mode

I also had to change the .fixed-header width=94% (originally 100%). Otherwise it reverts to 100% width when the browser window is narrow enough to force the boxed layout below the 1200px width. Otherwise, success!
